Hi there,

I have an overseas buyer who is looking to buy commercial property buildings. May i know if Macpherson Mall is available for purchase and how long the lease is available for?

Hi Mr Mohamed,

If you are not salesperson, your friend can give you the Power of Attorney and provide you with the instructions on how to proceed - as in the requirements for the ideal unit to purchase.

You may wish to contact me early so that we can arrange an appointment to meet a suitable lawyer.

The showroom will be open this Saturday, 3 Aug 2013, and we can expect smaller units to be popular. Bigger ones will reap better returns especially if you can subsequently secure an anchor tenant.
